2.7.4 FinOps Education & Enablement

FinOps Education & Enablement allows all those participating in FinOps practices to increase the business value of cloud by accelerating FinOps adoption.

At the end of this module you will be able to:

• List reasons why education and enablement are so important in adopting FinOps
• Explain how education & enablement may differ between a traditional IT environment and a cloud environment
• Identify resources a FinOps team might use to train and enable an organization to more effectively use cloud and perform FinOps functions
• Describe how to assess training needs within an organization
• Describe how FinOps education and enablement may change with increasing FinOps maturity
