FinOps Team - Interactive Session One

The first live session in the FinOps Certified Professional course teaches you how to build a business case for change. It also covers the building, managing, and developing of a FinOps team using a hypothetical business case.

You will need to enroll in this session separately from purchasing the course. 

• Create an executive-level pitch deck for FinOps, tailored to a diverse audience
• Describe the FinOps vision and value proposition
• Know how to build and manage an effective FinOps team
• Have a roadmap of activities to start or develop a FinOps function in an organization
• Build a business case for FinOps investment and be able to tailor a general roadmap more specifically
• Describe and identify real-world resources you can use to do these steps in your practice

You must complete the FinOps Professional Introduction self-paced module (and all available lessons) before attending this session.
